Wabash College was named a 2026 Top Workplace for 365体育博彩_365体育app-彩票*官网er Education by The Princeton Review.

The accolade celebrates outstanding institutions that listen to employees and put them at the center of decisions to build cultures where people and performance thrive. Wabash is one of seven schools nationally to earn the top ranking this year.

Pioneer Chapel sits at the heart of the Wabash College campus.“365体育博彩_365体育app-彩票*官网 are honored to be recognized by The Princeton Review as a top workplace,” said Holly Lore, Wabash payroll and benefits manager. “This distinction is especially meaningful because it reflects the voices and experiences of our Wabash community. This recognition affirms that the environment we’re building together is one where people feel valued and inspired.”

The recognition is earned through an employee survey, which delivers insights that give institutional leaders a real time pulse on morale, clarity on what matters most to employees, and a path to building a stronger workplace culture.

The top workplaces national awards, including USA TODAY, industry, and culture excellence awards, are open to all companies with over 150 U.S.-based employees. Companies must achieve a top workplaces survey response rate of 35% or higher to qualify.  

The Princeton Review offers top workplace honors in 15 categories, including technology, engineering, frontline workers, and manufacturing.
